About
1st edition, organised by Bachata Dominicana Copenhagen. Held at KU.BE, a municipal house of culture and movement in Frederiksberg. No shows, no competition: the point is for different dance communities to meet. 12+ hours of workshops in two rooms and 13+ hours of social dancing on two floors, Friday to Sunday evening; Friday opens with a free public dance night. Cuban side: Ramses y Sandra (casino and son cubano). Also bachata, merengue (Juan Pablo Paredes), konpa (Mariana), kizomba (Daniela), son dominicano and bolero (Frank E), DJ la Desi. Mixed styles, bachata-led.
