21st edition, one of the oldest congresses in North America. Six days at the Fairmont Royal York: 3 ballrooms, ~60 international artists, 22 hours of social dancing, Canadian championships. Mainly linear salsa and bachata. Cuban content comes through Jorge & Indira and Dailyn Martinez (timba and Afro-Cuban classes) plus a 2-hour Afro-Cuban intensive sold separately; social rooms stay linear.
